Produce:
- 2 white onions
- 9 garlic cloves
- 2 limes
- 6 Roma tomatoes
- 2-3 serrano peppers (1 for mild spice, 2 for medium spice and 3 for hot) 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
Pantry:
- 1 3/4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 cup masa harina (i recommend the Maseca brand or Masienda)
- Sea salt
- Plenty of water to cook with
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups uncooked pinto or black beans
- neutral oil, such as avocado oil
- 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flower or 4 hibiscus tea bags
- 2 tablespoons Agave syrup or maple syrup
Frozen:
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetable (corn, peas, carrot & green bean mixture)
- 2 cups of ice
EQUIPEMNT

- Large pan
- Large pot
- Large mixing bowl
- Plastic produce bag or large ziplock
- Colander
- Large pan with lid (one like this)
- Cocktail shaker or jar with lid
- Blender
