- 2 serrano pepper (Optional... if you don’t like spice to buy them) 10
- garlic cloves
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 8 limes
- 4 lemons
- 1 ( 2 ounces) cup spinach
- 3 yellow onions
- 16 ounces oyster mushrooms
- 1 lb white sweet potatoes or Japanese sweet potatoes
Pantry
- extra virgin olive oil
- avocado oil or any high heat oil
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 1/4 cup raw cashews
- garlic powder
- 16 corn tortillas ( I would get any that have the following ingredients
- (corn, lime, water) 24 ounces vegetable broth
- 2 cups long grain white rice
- 7 ounces vegan Mozzarella cheese (I like the “follow your heart FINELY SHREDDED cheese” the most! BUT other brands I like are, violife, trader joes vegan shreds & Chao. You’re also welcome to use real cheese if you are making this vegetarian)
- Tequila, blanco or reposado
- Triple sec
- Simple syrup
- For the rim of your cocktail... your choice!
